Return & Exchange policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you wish to return an item you may do so up to 14 days from the date of receipt for exchange, as long as it is returned to us in its original condition & packaging, with all labels intact.

• Within 14 days of receiving the merchandise contact Monoï for an exchange authorization  by email or phone 2108943336.

item must be unworn and unwashed and where relevant, hygiene strips must be in place.
In the interest of hygiene, please wear underwear when trying on briefs and avoid make up coming into contact with underwear or clothing when trying them on. We may refuse to exchange if it’s clear this hasn’t been done, and return the goods to you.
Please also note that we cannot accept returns on the following:
• Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receipt.
• Any item that is damaged / has missing parts or is not in its original condition.
After we have received your return request, we will notify you via e-mail. 

We aim to process returns the day we receive them, however during busy times it may take a couple of days.

Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
In the unlikely event that something you have bought from us is faulty when it arrives then we’ll be happy to replace it for you.

Monoï allows any full priced item to be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the merchandise as long as it has not been used, washed, or damaged in anyway.

(Please make sure to include your original receipt, tags attached.)

We may refuse to exchange your purchase if we receive damaged goods.

Merchandise that is not in a new condition, and has been damaged in any way or it has been washed will not be exchanged and will be sent back to the purchaser.

About faulty items:

Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear are not considered to be faulty.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. After this time we do not accept items as faulty and do not exchange them.

MONOÏ is responsible for the free shipping of the items at its first purchase order. Therefore, the buyer is responsible for the return & receipt shipping.
